The Australian
Remedy User Group
Welcome to AUSRUG

Welcome

If you missed our Melbourne User Group on 23rd April, don't despair,  the next Melbourne meeting will be on Thursday 23rd July 2009.

Our last meeting featured a presentation by the Orica team of their custom Service Request Management application.  They have built a very concise SRM that not only looks great but is very functional as well.  Great presentation.

Martin from BMC provided a detailed review of the ITSM 7.5 Release and we are planning to look at BMC SRM in more detail at the next meeting.

We will also have our usual great line of topics and speakers for this meeting including;

  • a user case study,
  • our tips and tricks, and
  • networking session with drinks.

We encourage you to submit any questions you may have for the tips and tricks segment by clicking HERE so we can prep prior to the meeting.

As is tradition, please be sure to join our speakers, RUG committee members, and other User Group attendees for an informal drinks and networking after the event.

More details soon.

On behalf of the committee and members, I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Michelle Barnett for all of her fantastic work for AUSRUG over the past few years.  We will miss Michelle as she moves on in her career to bigger opportunities.

Kind Regards, RUG Committee
